Before starting, we will give you some recommendations that you must follow to prepare these and more recipes:

Carrot porridge for your baby Ingredients:
- 1 carrot
- ½ cup of water
Chicken porridge with broccoli and spinach
Ingredients:
- 1 chicken thigh, skinless
- 1 broccoli branch, without stem
- 8 clean spinach leaves
- 2 cups of water
You will love this one as it is full of nutrients and properties, heats the water and starts boiling the chicken, broccoli and spinach. When the chicken is done, shred it and let it cool. Then, we will grind the ingredients until we create a firm and thick puree. Letitcooldown a bit beforeserving.
Fish porridge with orange and carrot
Ingredients:
- 50g of fish fillet, boneless
- 4 tablespoons of orange juice
- 1 carrot, peeled and chopped
- 2 cups of water
Then grind everything, you can use a food processor, and add the orange juice. Mix everything well before serving.
